Artist Bio

Susan Jacobs is an artist, art teacher, entrepreneur and Bazetta resident.

A lifelong resident of the Youngstown-Sharon area, Susan is retired from public school teaching. She holds a B.S. in art education, elementary certification, and a master teacher secondary art degree, with a concentration in painting from YSU. Susan teaches graduate workshops and painting and drawing classes to local artists, and she is proprietor of her dog biscuit company Blissful Biscuits (blissfulbiscuits.com).

She is also the founder of Community Artworks, now retired, with the lasting legacy being the "20 foot Mona Lisa Masterpiece” donated to and hanging in the Eastwood Mall.
