Cooking Demonstration (Ages 18+)

November 14 is national homemade guac’ day! Avocados are a nutrient-rich, healthy, fatcontaining treat. Join Mercy Health at the JCC for a free hands-on cooking class to make your own guacamole! Participants will be provided with containers to take their creation home.
