Reach Your Goals With InBody The InBody 570 is one of the most advanced body composition analyzers on the market. In less than a minute, you will see a total analysis of your body fat, muscle distribution, and body weight balance. The first scan is free for members and those in personal training programs.

The first scan is FREE to all members. To request your initial scan, please call the Membership Office at 330.746.3251 ext. 195.

Single scan: Member: $10/test | Non Member: $25/test 

Monthly Unlimited Scans: $10/Member | $20/Non Member - Includes up to 15 minutes with a Personal Trainer

Let's Get Fit!

As a NEW member of the JCC, take advantage of a FREE initial FIT (Focused Individualized Training) orientation with one of our certified personal trainers that includes a full body composition analysis with our InBody 570 machine! Jump Start Personal Training Package

New to the JCC? Curious about personal training but not sure if you want to commit to a Personal Trainer? Our NEW Jump Start package might be the right fit for you. This is a one-time offer for all new members and existing members who are new to personal training.


Exercise as Medicine—Navigating your Cancer Journey

A program for your specific needs no matter where you are on your cancer journey. Work with our Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist Amy Haskett to not only survive cancer but THRIVE through exercise.


Recovery Offerings

Recovery in exercise allows muscles to repair themselves, improves range of motion and movement, increases blood flow, and engages muscles that are sore from workouts. A la carte options include assisted stretching, cold water therapy, percussive therapy, therapeutic taping, and more! Recovery services provided by select training professionals.


A N.E.W. You Program (Ages 18+)

This N.E.W. program will teach you a balance between Nutrition, Exercise, and Wellness. Our Certified personal trainer and wellness coach will work with you one-on-one for three 30 minute consultation sessions to develop a basic nutrition and exercise program. Our N.E.W You Program is a work on your own, six week, digital exercise format for those individuals who have basic fitness knowledge.
Session One includes an InBody 570 scan and a comprehensive intake with nutrition guidance.
Session Two includes a mid-point evaluation and Q&A.
Session Three includes a comprehensive exit evaluation, including a final InBody 570 scan.


One-on-One Personal Training (Ages 18+)

We will design a personalized exercise program to help you reach your goals. Your trainer will motivate you, keep you on track, and make sure your workouts are safe, enjoyable, and effective. 


J-AWAY Program for Jewish Seniors

This program is designed to assist Jewish older adults in the Youngstown area who are in need of an exercise program. A JCC personal trainer will create personalized exercise plans and train clients in their own home. Participants will receive a free set of hand weights and an exercise band.


Youth Personal Training (Ages 13-17)

Our certified personal trainers can help youth develop proper exercise and fitness training habits that are personalized to meet each child’s individual needs. This training program comes with many benefits that build essential lifelong skills.


A LA CARTE:
• Assisted Stretching - Tailored to individuals and
their goals done both manually and using specialty
equipment.
• Body Work - Restores balance, promotes self healing and enhances the body's ability to rejuvenate
• Cold Water Therapy - Provides cool, soothing relief for inflammation, joint pain, and workout recovery.
• Percussive Therapy - Works by delivering short, high-intensity pulses of pressure to the muscles. This pressure helps to increase blood flow and reduce inflammation.
• Red Light Therapy - Sends low intensity red and near infrared light deep into the body’s cells to promote healing.
• Stem Therapy - Electrical nerve stimulation modality that uses electric current to activate nerves in order to decrease pain.
• Therapeutic Taping - Used to support and relieve pain in muscles, joints, and/or ligaments. It helps reduce swelling and can increase mobility and enhances recovery.
• Vibration Therapy - When vibrations are transmitted to the body, they cause your muscles to contract and relax. This will promote lymphatic drainage, increased blood flow, muscle growth, and increase bone density.
