Are you at a standstill with your workouts, or looking for some help creating a fitness plan that achieves your personal goals? Then a personal trainer is right for you! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, our certified trainers will work with you one-on-one to build a program designed just for you! Each program uses our new InBody 570, a full body composition analysis to breakdown your body's fat & lean mass composition, water retention, & more!

The first scan is FREE to all members. To request your initial scan, please call the Membership Office at 330.746.3251 ext. 195.

Single scan: Member: $15/test | Non Member: $25/test 

Contact the Membership Office to set up Monthly Unlimited Scans. Monthly Unlimited Scans: $10/month (Also includes 15 minutes with Personal Trainer)

Healthy Living Foundations for Older Adults

The Healthy Living Foundations package is designed to enhance the quality of life. Our purpose is to promote healthy living awareness and to improve stability, increase stamina, and gain self-confidence. Our certified trainers focus on individual needs.

Youth Personal Training

This private workout session with a certified professional trainer or exercise physiologist is for youth ages 13 and older. Weight management and sports-specific training are also available.
