Each program uses our new InBody 570, a full body composition analysis to breakdown your body's fat & lean mass composition, water retention, & more!

The first scan is FREE to all members.

Jumpstart Your Weight Loss

Work with a personal Health Coach for a workout and eating plan to get you closer to your goal. Package includes three 30 minute personal training sessions, a one-hour appointment with a Health Coach plus a 30-minute follow-up consultation.

Healthy Living Foundations for Older Adults

The Healthy Living Foundations package is designed to enhance the quality of life. Our purpose is to promote healthy living awareness and to improve stability, increase stamina, and gain self-confidence. Our certified trainers focus on individual needs.

Youth Personal Training

This private workout session with a certified professional trainer or exercise physiologist is for youth ages 13 and older. Weight management and sports-specific training are also available.
