A simple Asana routine including sun salutations, forward bends, balancing poses, hip openers, twists and more. A gentle approach to yoga for those who can’t work on the floor. Learn the basic principles of proper alignment using classical poses to lengthen and strengthen the body.
The Class consists of gentle guided postures, a brief relaxation period, and concludes with a 15 minute guided meditation
Join us for an intense circuit class that works every muscle in your body. This will be Live on Facebook. We’ll move through a variety of exercises designed to build strength and endurance while raising your heart rate.
This class will challenge every muscle in your body with a tough, whole body exercise. Each Tabata set includes 20 seconds of strength training followed by 10 seconds of rest. Strengthen your muscles, improve your core strength and posture and give your body a lean and toned look. Thursday it's a leg/glutes and core concentrated workout to challenge your body in an interval circuit with 5 leg/glute exercises alternating with 5 core exercises, for 60 seconds each exercise and 10 seconds rest in between, with a minute rest and a minute of active recovery and do the routine one more time.
This total-body strength and cardio conditioning class helps you blast fat and build lean muscle fast. You can modify any move and the group motivation will help you push past your plateau
