1) For weight loss, HIIT and circuits focus on heart rates and intensities, for weights stick to programs and mix up reps and sets.
2) Log your workouts, use a stopwatch, don’t  burn yourself out, train your whole body

Take risks, be organized, develop a plan, sleep well, eat right, don’t give up
