Our impeccably clean, state-of-the-art, Fitness Center houses the finest equipment including Matrix cardio machines and the Premiere Eagle Line of Cybex selectorized weight equipment. We also offer a fully supplied free weight room and ab/torso room. Members have access to treadmills, standard ellipticals, seated ellipticals, stationary bikes, and much more!

The JCC also houses a beautiful 25-yard indoor pool that is maintained at 86 degrees year-round. Group water fitness classes are available throughout the day for members of all ages and fitness levels. Classes are also available for arthritis sufferers and those with special needs, including MS.

We offer free Group Exercise Classes seven days a week for every fitness level including Zumba®, Yoga, Cardio Line Dancing, Cross Training, Chiseled, INSANITY®, Tabata, and more. Our instructors are all nationally certified in their area of expertise. Our comfortable, Group Exercise Room offers the perfect environment to reach your fitness goals.

Managing Heart Disease

Dr. Hayah Kassis-George, MD, from the Mercy Health Heart and Vascular Institute will speak about managing heart failure from home: smart technology and old fashioned notebooks. What works best? This event is free and open to the public. A light lunch will be served.
