Fitness

Our impeccably clean, state-of-the-art, Fitness Center houses the finest equipment including Matrix cardio machines and the Premiere Eagle Line of Cybex selectorized weight equipment. We also offer a fully supplied free weight room and ab/torso room. Members have access to treadmills, standard ellipticals, seated ellipticals, stationary bikes, and much more!

The JCC also houses a beautiful 25-yard indoor pool that is maintained at 86 degrees year-round. Group water fitness classes are available throughout the day for members of all ages and fitness levels. Classes are also available for arthritis sufferers and those with special needs, including MS.

We offer free Group Exercise Classes seven days a week for every fitness level including Zumba®, Yoga, Cardio Line Dancing, Cross Training, Chiseled, INSANITY®, Tabata, and more. Our instructors are all nationally certified in their area of expertise. Our comfortable, Group Exercise Room offers the perfect environment to reach your fitness goals.

Wellness Programs

The Importance of Sleep
Stacy Hunter, Respiratory Therapist and Sleep Technologist from Northside Hospital, will speak about the importance of sleep, how it affects health (mental and physical), barriers to good sleep, sleep testing, sleep disorders, and treatments and recommendations for good sleep.

Essential Oils with Young Living 
Learn about the benefits of Essential Oils from Rainie Frame, Independent Distributor and business builder with Young Living Essential Oils.  She’ll discuss how Essential Oils can improve your sleep, rid your home of toxins and chemicals, support your immune system, ease effects of PMS or menopause, and reduce stress, anxiety and fear.

A cardiologist from Mercy Health will discuss ways to prevent heart disease, a heart disease diagnosis and treatment for heart disease.
