The Flu Shot: Vaccination and Education
The Trumbull Health Department will distribute the flu vaccine and Dr. Szymon Krzyzaniwski, MD., will explain the importance of receiving the shot. He will also answer any questions you may have about the flu vaccine. Please bring your insurance card for coverage. If you do not have insurance, the cost is $25. A light lunch will be served.

Stem Cell Therapy
Stem Cell Therapy can help reduce or eliminate pain without surgery or addictive medications. Dr. Mennow will discuss new breakthroughs in medicine using stem cells to regenerate and repair damaged tissues in your
body due to age, disease and defects. This event is free and open to the public. A light lunch will be served.

Yellow Brick Place
Angela Palumbo, RN, M.S.Ed, and Carol Apinis, MACC/SLP, will educate us on the mission of the Yellow Brick Place which supports and educates cancer patients and those closest to them by providing
individual and group services in the tri-county area. Come and learn how this organization helps to nourish and comfort the mind, body and spirit during the fight against cancer. This event is free and open to the public. A light lunch will be served.
