Club Automation Member Portal Access Guide

You are now able to access your JCC account online through Club Automation. You can use this tool to register for fitness classes, sign up for programs, and view statements. Also, be sure to stop at the Welcome Desk to get your new scan card and have your picture taken. A companion app is also available to access specific features on mobile devices. 

The JCC app is available to download on Google Play and the App Store. You need to have your Club Automation account set up first. See below for instructions.

 

This guide will help you find your membership account in the system. If you are having problems, please visit the Membership Office for assistance.

Visit youngstown.clubautomation.com to find your account. Click on “Access My Account.”

Find your existing membership account by searching your “First Name,” “Last Name,” and “Email.”

You will receive a notification to check your email to verify your account.

Go to your email inbox to find the email from JCC of Youngstown and click on the link to complete the verification of your JCC account.

Complete the required(*) fields and create a password for your member portal account.

Once complete you will be taken to your new member portal! Next time you can log in using your email and password you just created.
