Expressive Art Therapy Workshops

The expressive arts combine the visual arts, movement, drama, music, writing, mindfulness, and meditation, and other creative processes to foster deep personal growth, empower people, and promote well-being.

All programs are also available virtually.

Embracing the Feminine
In our world, women experience disconnection to their femininity. This disconnect hinders the development of happy and satisfying relationships, which increases anxiety and stress, and the root of many other problems. Through this special energy workshop, we will experience different types of creative art exercises that will help you to reconnect your feminine self and build inner strength. Light refreshment will be served.

Healing Grief With Expressive Art and Writing (Ages 15+)
Expressive art therapy for grief will help you to understand your emotional needs, and help you in your healing process. We will explore methods of self expression that support mindfulness and improve concentration. People at any stage of grief or loss are welcome to attend this workshop.

Expressive Art Workshop for Caregivers and Kids (Ages 5–9)
This workshop is sure to awaken you and your child's imagination, creativity, and nonverbal communication while experiencing different types of expressive art techniques.
