Feeling isolated on your wellness journey? Join us the second Tuesday of each month to share support, tools, and encouragement while building a healthier, more balanced lifestyle together. Led by certified health professionals.

Nutrition Workshop: Eat Smart, Be Active (Ages 18+) (Adult)
The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) helps families, caregivers, and young adults learn to eat healthier and be more active on a limited budget. Join nine free 60-minute workshops on meal planning, nutrition, and food budgeting. Participants receive a free cookbook, grocery pad, certificate, and electric skillet (one per household) after completing the program.

J-Well Health & Wellness Challenge (Ages 18+)  (Adult)
Our eight-week Health & Wellness Challenges encourage healthy habits while building strength, confidence, and lasting change. Participants receive an InBody 570 body composition analysis measuring lean mass, body fat, and weight. Weekly wellness challenges help keep you accountable and active, and prizes will be awarded to the top two participants with the greatest percentage of body fat loss. Personal training discounts are available for challenge participants.
