Has COVID-19 caused you to gain the Quarantine-15? Want to lose the extra pounds and improve your overall well being? Join the JCC this spring for the “Kick the Quarantine-15” Get Fit Challenge. The program is open to all members and local corporations. We will track progress monthly. Prizes will be awarded for top performers.

LIVE ONLINE NUTRITION WORKSHOPS: EAT SMART, BE ACTIVE
Join us virtually and learn how to make healthier choices with the Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program. Build food resource management skills and improve the quality of the meals you serve to your family through nine free 45-60 minute Zoom workshops. Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate along with a free cookbook and grocery pad.
