The Art of Botanical Drawing (Ages 14+) (Youth) (Adult)
Since ancient times, botanical studies have bridged science and art. In this class, participants will spend time examining live specimens of common spring flowers to document their structure by visually dissecting them on paper. Color will be added with color pencil blending techniques, and the works will be completed with notations documenting observations and simple facts.
